A drunken Texan man tried unsuccessfully to approach METALLICA drummer Lars Ulrich at a Houston bar while allegedly exposing himself in a failed attempt to "urinate" on Ulrich. the man in question — a visibly wasted local rocker by the name of Bill Fool (whose bands include BICKLEY and the DOWN 'N' DIRTIES) — noticed Ulrich sitting in a corner of the Jet Lounge in Houston. According to witnesses, after some recon work, Bill found someone with a camera, walked over to the rock star's table and exposed himself but "when whoever it was that tossed Bill saw him walking close to Lars with his dick out, Bill was instantly out the door."
